FIS is our China base, our eyes and ears to establish a seamless connection between Chinese factories and our Tokyo headquarters. With several members of staff fluent in Japanese, FIS act as an effective communication hub that translate our clientele's visions and needs into local customs and culture, making it one of our greatest strengths. Moreover, whilst interacting with factories, FIS also systematically visit trade shows across China to collect insights about market trends and competition's initiatives.
FIS give us piece of mind when dealing with our customers as their daily presence in the factories allow us to closely monitor every step of the production process. They do not simply connect Japan and China in terms of language, they also translate the nuances of thoughts and emotions.
