Tell us about your role at Fenix.

Suzhou changma knitting clothes co.,ltd was established in 2001 to increase the capacity of Suzhou dima knitting clothes co.,ltd. Since I was in charge of Suzhou dima knitting clothes co.,ltd before the appointment of President Yang, I tend to shape our factory to be specializing in a more causal production line than Suzhou dima knitting clothes co.,ltd. As such, we are currently focusing on quality products that can optimize cost performance of Fenix customers.

Whilst the factory manager looks after quality, I focus primarily on financial aspects such as price and cost management.

Moreover, as chairman of the Knitwear Commerce and Industry Association, I try to manage from a slightly closer perspective any production site organizational problems and related solutions.

Please tell us what you want to challenge and what you are aiming for in your position.

To be honest, I have set high goals so that I always feel that I am still far from reaching them . In the future, we plan to engage a third-party organization to layout improvement plans and objectives, as well as manufacturing consultants to execute them . We will also make capital investments to make better products.

If necessary, we will also proactively provide further guidance and support to Fenix.

Please tell us what you are trying to do outside of work, what you are looking forward to, and your hobbies.

I like history, so I like watching historical dramas. Also, Suzhou has a wonderful natural environment, so whenever I you have time, I enjoy walking and spending time with friends.

How do you find working with Fenix's?

No other knitwear manufacturer has had such a long business relationship with us: this achievement and the Excellence Award received from the Government, are the two successes I am most proud of.

When the other day Mr. Wakisaka-san said "Thank you for the 20 years together and thank you for the next 20!", I honestly thought "it's hard" but, nevertheless I will renew my efforts to keep improving also within the up-and-coming new Fenix system.
